Do you wear one of those padded helmets? I suggest you start unless you want real brain damage. Rugby players are tough, but heads are still soft and prone to serious injury.

They are called scrum-caps. They aren't really necessary to wear, only the scrummies wear them(although I am one, i doubt i'll wear one).
