Its not havok mark and its only TWO fucking sockets that give it its dmg+ias note: the amn-amn-shael-eth only leaves 2 sockets for dmg............................................... ...........

you can clearly see there is only 2 jewels in it.........that would mean each jewel does:

63.5 max dmg

15% ias

and 150% ed
