track's boring to spectate, i'll admit, but, physically demanding, and great for your health

Absolut 2002-04-19 07:12 PM

i dont doubt the physically demanding part at all, i just need some kind of "goal" instead of just runnning

mightychicken 2002-04-19 07:14 PM

well, i go for improving my times at meets, but thats pretty much it.

Absolut 2002-04-19 07:15 PM

mightychicken 2002-04-19 07:16 PM

1 mile, 2 mile.

Absolut 2002-04-19 07:17 PM

what are your best times?

mightychicken 2002-04-19 07:18 PM

mile: 6:14
2: 13:24

i know, i know :(

Absolut 2002-04-19 07:20 PM

not bad at all....for soccer we had to run 2 miles in under 14 min..i usually came in right about 14 exactly

mightychicken 2002-04-19 07:24 PM

i should do a lot better at tuesday's mile run though. the last one was a fluke

Absolut 2002-04-19 07:25 PM
