well, the game was originally for the N64

really they must have been decideing to make it when the 64 first came out

actually, they were making it right before the gamecube was announced, so they just decided to put it on the cube.

well that sucks because if it was made on N64 it would be cheaper right now

The graphics fit the game. They are not bad at all.

It would not be as fun if the people were realistic, as you couldn't say that it's "you" in the game.

It would not be as fun if the animals were realistic, because then the lines they say wouldn't make sense from a real horse or squirrel.

It would not be as fun if the surrounding areas were realistic, as it wouldn't be as easily randomized, making all the towns look the same.

A bunch of cartoon trees that look the same does not look out of place. A bunch of realistic trees that look the same DOES look out of place.

Adding more detail to the world (such as more subtile bends in the river, or making the grass grow, or different tree graphics) would require two memory cards to save the data.

Heck yes. You'll play it for two months at least, once or so a day.

Hell, I would play it for way more than two months...im still in my first month, and playing alot!

If I had it i would play it all the time.

i just got this game a week ago, and im hooked! its such a great game. many think this game is stupid, until the actually play it. i HIGHLY recommend getting, or at least renting this game. (blockbuster lets u keep games for a week now)

I've rented this game and I think it's so-so. I don't see why everybody loves this game and plays it for hours.

Well I wouldn't play for hours but I would play it everyday though.
