Although the terrorist part is not exactly true - the terrorist groups for "animal rights" are not technically associated with PeTa nor are their actions sanctioned by PeTa personnel. Anyhue, they support animal rights and Veganism.

Actually, they have donated money to the domestic terrorist groups ALF and ELF and loudly support their actions (Ingrid Newkirk usually) and most ALF and ELF members are associated with PeTA. I used to have a nifty link for the tax records proving they donated to ALF.

Also, ALF and ELF are considered terrorists by the FBI.
