This was almost a worthwhile thread. There is a house here in Vegas, 4 Bd/ 6Bath. -+ 20,000 sqft. 5 living rooms, bar , 2 pools, Sauna, tennis, theatre. It'd be perfect. Only problem is, a company would have to pay. $$$. Good Zelaron Union grounds too. Hahahahahahahahahahahahajajajajajaja. Turned mexican gunbound >.< for a sec.

Yeah he used to basically be a roided out meathead, but we've been buddies since damn 3rd grade so i've always been cool with him. He's lost a lot of weight so now he wants to just work out and get my ass back into tiptop shape before summer time :) .. i'm entered in a biggest loser contest right now as well, already lost almost 20 lbs, and if I can tone up in the next 2 months i'll win the money for sure.

I'm not sure what I should do. I have like 5% body fat, so I'm really skinny, but I'm pretty strong as well. I don't want to work out a lot, because I need that 5%, but I can't gain weight through eating - my metabolism just doesn't allow it. I think I might work on my pecs, as those are my most lacking muscles. |
Well, i'd start slow. It's always best to keep your cardio up = burn fast much more efficiently. And then try and bulk up from there, up your protein definately, but keep the food lean that you eat, and just make sure you have tons of reps in your workout.
