Assuming he was going for "Grandfather Sword" that is possible. That would also be retarded, because if you're going to add "Sword" you should use the proper item such as "Grandfather Colossus Blade," which even then would still be incorrect because it's lacking a word.

"The Grandfather" if you are just going for the name of the item, which would be consistent with previous submissions in this thread I believe.
