And I've still got headache. :( Seems to be concentrated on the left side of my head, as is my sore throat. Which is strange.

I can't yawn without hurting. :cry:

My headache got a lot better once I left work, but it still hung around and ended up getting really bad last night. I took a 2 hour nap after work because my head hurt so bad. I woke up and it still hurt but Nikki was really sweet and had Excedrin and some ice cold water waiting for me when I woke up. All better now.

I've found a way to stop my head feeling like it's going to burst! It works particularly well whilst I'm sat at my computer, which is good, seeing as free time = sat at computer.

1. Turn off every single light in the room.
2. Close room door.
3. Whack monitor brightness down to 0.
4. Put keyboard backlight on to lowest setting (it's the Logitech G15 "Big Daddy" Gaming Keyboard with the nice blue LEDs behind every key. It looks nice in the dark)
5. Whip out the darkest pair of shades you can find, and out them.

I look like a complete fool, sat in my shades, basking in the dim glow from my monitor and keyboard, but at least my headache is now only a dull throb. :)

Staring at a computer screen for long periods of time is starting to get to me. I can still play games and stuff late but I need to look at something else sometimes, lol.

If you are using a computer, make sure to have a light on behind the light source, or at least near it.
