Mgs3

I saw at E3(saw it on tv, didn't actually go there) about the new Metal Gear. In this one u can play as Snake for the whole game. The major difference if that in this one u will be in the jungle, not in a base or anything. U can actually eat animals and develope likes and dislikes. From the scenes it looks like the graphics will be fuck'n great. There's no Metal Gear though. I wonder if that's good or bad?

I'm sure there WILL be a Metal Gear in the end. But yeah, it looks 'fuck'n great'.

Xenn 2003-06-01 02:16 PM

It's weird, and btw in the video it shows vamp hidden in the background.

Kuja`s #1 2003-06-01 07:35 PM

U never know. I heard people say that the way they put Arsenal in MGS2 was stupid but the people who make these games keep alot of secrets.

Rurouni Storm 2003-06-01 08:51 PM

I've heard that this one happens BEFORE all of the Metal Gear games and is more of a survival game.

Xenn 2003-06-01 09:02 PM

There's no way it could happen before, after the gigantic mgs2 cliffhanger. The fans would shoot them on site!

uncapped 2003-06-05 03:07 PM

I wouldn't really consider it a cliffhanger. It was more like a

''WTF? I don't understand any of this shit!''

Rurouni Storm 2003-06-06 10:08 AM

The story takes place in the '60s and that may not even be Snake. Apparently, he only has one eye in some of the vids. Could this be Big Boss's story?

zeal311 2003-06-06 01:34 PM

wow i cant believe i missed seeing anything about this. big boss's story. yea it will probably be something liek that. are you sure its going to be in the 60's? it would be cool if they did a gulf war thing or soemthing.

Kuja`s #1 2003-06-07 12:25 PM

Big Boss? I don't think so... But Sony is a normal company and like all companies they lie and hide stuff. So who knows.

Kuja, stop being such a know-it-all 12 year old prick.

VComegasin 2003-06-07 07:43 PM

Let's not fight! I've seen some of the screen shots and they are sweet! I will post two of them later, and it's true that the game is 'initialy' set in a jungle; but maybe there is some High Technology Complex in the jungle or something like that, just like resident evil. A Lab in a mansion! Now that I didn't know!

Kuja`s #1 2003-06-07 07:46 PM

I'm fourteen.

VComegasin 2003-06-07 07:46 PM

Missing an eye? Probably Big Boss then.

uncapped 2003-06-13 01:50 PM

They even wrote out big boss in some sort of coding on the E3 pamphlet. It looks pretty clear that it's B I G B O S S

Kuja`s #1 2003-06-13 03:50 PM

Confusing. It could be Solidus. Liquid came back. Watch, all you expecting to see Big Boss and there's no Big Boss. That's gonna be funny as hell.

kaos 2003-06-19 11:27 AM

that game is fuckin cool and btw the title is msg3: snake eater

and have u guys heard of a new mgs game called twin snakes?

Kuja`s #1 2003-06-19 12:06 PM

Yeah, but according to the creator, this one happens in the 60's. Solidus was probably just a kid back then.

DrowningOnAir 2003-07-07 08:39 AM

The most fun looks like being able to hunt down/eat your own food like fish and snakes.

Har Har im so excited

Xenn 2003-07-07 09:16 AM

Solid Snake was a clone of Big Boss so yeah, I'm guessing it's gonna be Big Boss.
