Is this a gaming site?
 

A lot of people come to Zelaron to view the latest dupes, hacks, and strategies concerning Diablo II. Don't get me wrong, Zelaron has a tremendous amount of information in the Diablo world. But I don't think we have enough information about games in general. I think that the site needs to have a big improvement with in the near future. What is it that Zelaron needs? Im not quite sure yet. Some would say more forums, and others will say booting some disruptive members out. I think Zelaron needs to become there very own Portal. With reviews on the latest and oldest games around. Weather it be Online gaming, or consol gaming. Something needs to be changed. I've been here over 8 months now and I've notice that the only active forums on Zelaron are the Off Topics sections and of course The Diablo sections.

We need to get our attention on something new. Not very many people are playing Diablo anymore. Well, at least not when I first started to play 2 years ago. The Diablo economy has died down completely. With all the dupe items, and hacks around. I don't think The Diablo community will be coming around much. Lets start focusing on much more active games like PS2 or Ps2 Online. Xbox, Gamecube. They have new games coming out at least once a month. Call me crazy but if zelaron had a portal where they had reviews on different consol and online games. I would be more eager to test them out.

Zelaron has the potential, just not the sprit. We have Chruser, as many already know his great designing skills, and WW One of the most remarkable coders I have yet to see, Xenn and penguin also are very experience in the HTML, and PHP field. So what are we waiting for? Zelaron has there own "Owned" Dedicated sever. And has a very rememberable name Zelaron.com. Like I said we just need some sprit in doing this and I believe that zelaron can once again pick up and take off through out the Internet world. I myself could help with donations, and or anything else zelaron needs. I just hate to see such a great place fall down. Not that zelaron is going to fall down, its just something big and new needs to happen. Otherwise a lot of members will find themselves not going on zelaron as much as they used to. So please be kind enough to post your opinions on what could be done to make this place more active, yet alive. Please don't flame because im taking this very seriously. (Its sad when i have to ask not to flame)

Well, so much for getting people options on something around here. The board members aren't serious about things anymore. All they want to do is Spam and flame.

Im sorry, last time I checked, I knew far more PHP then you did. Dont you still use PHPNubeNuke? Yeah... Try coding something yourself.

read the above posts...only a few actually care aout the wellfare of this forum...and all the board members are now just spammers and flamers except for WW and chruser of course...i ask chruser now to get better board members who will actually do their jobs

Well from my experiances with Peng, he seems to know what he is talking about.

I know enough html and php to be able to fix a problem if it arises and make modifications, but not enough to write a page from scratch.

Either why it doesn't matter all the admins here do a fine job. It would be nice if this place wasn't so damm secretive.

A perfect example of why Zelaron is more spam and flames then anything eles. Look at the staff members go!

My god Nemesis seems to be the only one who cares anything about this forum with everyone else flamming each other ON THE INTERNET, maybe we SHOULD have some new members who don't just flame and don't seem to care about anything but making themselves look better.

Actually, Penguin started a thread like that awhile ago in the Admod before this thread is made.

And about flamming and spamming, I guess some members are just trying to relax and have fun. Not necessarily trying to make themselves look better.

perhaps teh problems relating to flaming and immature behavior on the forums stem form the fact that most of the people who view the forums who are loooking fro diablo2-related information aren't even old enough to go to high school yet... thats just my 2cents for now...

I think having the flame forum is a big issue. Thats my $0.02
