Gah... Homeless, again.
 

Well, I'm going to be homeless for 30+ days. It isn't the first time I've been homeless, I have been homeless quite a bit of times before...
I just hate packing my shit up, moving it to a friend's / grandpa's / storage (if we got the money) and moving it to the new place in a month or more, unpacking, and getting used to the new area... It just really sucks. Living in the park doesn't bother me so much, but all that packing... And with me living in the desert and it reaching higher than 100 degrees(very dry heat) and all the sand blowing around, it just really, really sucks!
But, whatever.

Anyway, I wont post so much after this Sunday, possibly every once in a while if I am at a friend's house or something.

That really sucks. I'd hate to do all that packing. Well at least we can all call you a hobo now. If you sing for us I'll give you a dollar, hobo-man.

Jeez, that sucks, DFD. I've been in the same boat a few times before, but I always had a backup place to stay. Here's hoping it all gets ironed out in a timely fashion.

Just join the army or something, don't they give you somewhere to stay and feed you and stuff?

I just turned 18 last month, still living with my Father who does not know how to manage money for shit, he was getting better at it, but the rent was raised and we could no longer afford it.

I am still going to college, in less than a year.

In short, for the morons. No, the G.E.D. is going just fine. No, I did not get in a fight with Mommy and Daddy and they kicked me out.

So you think. It's a lot tougher to find a place as you get older than you would think. Staying at a freind's house a few days is one thing, but a week or more, then it gets complicated. Lets just hope you don't have to get in that situation, or anyone else for that matter.

I know what it's like, I got kicked out of the house when I got a disorderly conduct, underage drinking, and disturbing the peace. (Totally different circumstances than what you're dealing with, but being kicked out nontheless.) I ended up staying at the local salvation army for like a week, and then my Dad came and picked me up.

Sucks man, but being homeless must not be too bad, i mean if your in missouri where i live, mcdonalds gives out free drinks, phillips 66 gives out free doughnuts and you can steal candy from price chopper!!! dude, and its only about a mile walk from my park to mcdonalds or price chopper... i swear man, its free food everywhere...

Slaynish, what sucks most about living in a park is everyone there is missing a few marbles "upstairs", so if you so much as lay down in a spot they like and you dont get up, you're risking getting stabbed.

Just thought I'd keep my mind occupied and tell ya'll that I just asked my Mother if I could stay here, at least for 2 of the 4-5 weeks, and she said no... So... I guess it is the park for me.
Her reason for saying no: "You're 18, even if you just turned it less than a month ago, you are an adult."
"But Mom, if I cant stay here I have to sleep in the park..."
