Chrono Cross
I like the old Daggerfall music... when the season was uhh.. well i cant remember but it was snowing outside (in the game and no it doesnt go like "january february march april may june july ect ect) but the song is kinda dark... very melodic and its one of those old wav songs =D the 1s they made with crappy synths lol oh well its good it was a nic song.. i even traveled to places in the game so that the time goes by fast (if u palyed daggerfall u know what i mean *instant travel with the W key* just to hear that song.. it PWN JOO
EDIT: Oops! i almost forgot!, the megaman song!!!! that song PWN, specially with the real instruments :D like real guitars ect |
Speaking of Elder Scrolls games, Morrowind had some pretty sick musik too.
FF6 music r best of ever.
Agreed.
Earthbound. There hasn't been a game with music like it since. The best track was the Giygas final boss theme. Starts out like an old school NES game, and then BAM badass, fact-paced rock!
Zelda (paticularly forest temple)
Diablo II Wetgrass Inspired (though it is actually a remix) Extreme G |
Zelda and Final Fantasy!
Initial D arcade stage ver. 2
The soundtrack includes all these awesome songs: Space Boy / Dave Rodgers Night of Fire / Niko Don't Stop the Music / Lou Grant Love is in Danger / Priscilla Killing My Love / Leslie Parrish Running in the '90s / Max Coveri Grand Prix / Mega NRG Man Beat of the Rising Sun / Dave Rodgers Heartbeat / Nathalie Rock Me to the Top / Dusty Station to Station / Derreck Simons The Race is Over / Dave Rodgers |
Too many to possibly list, seriously.
Just pick your best ones, or the first one that comes to mind.
Wow, nobody else is a fan of Chrono Cross's soundtrack?
I am, but some of it's songs annoyed me too.
Grand theft auto: Vice city has the best soundtrack ever included in a game, hands down.
I can name a few good songs from GTA VC
Video Killed The Radio Star Billie Jean Self Control Rock Box You've Got Another Thing Coming One Thing Leads to Another I know there's more, but these are the ones that I have on my PC. |
Japanese boy, Too young to fall in love
GTA3's sound track was far superior.
She's on fire! Fire! And she burns through the night at the speed of light! She's on fire! Fire! |
Can't believe no one said seceret of mana. so, I say: Seceret of mana, Zelada: ocarina of time. but... seriously... secret of mana pwnz0n
Shinobi 3 or FF7. Both awsome video game music. I also loved the music from GTA VC. Gotta love those 80's hits!
Breath of fire.... and lots of ff6 =0
I love breath of fire. i havent played it in so long though.
I own the cartridge and I haven't played it in ages, awsome game though.
well dust that sucker off and give her a try :P
I've beaten it so many times I don't even have the urge to play it.
haha fair enough. I like to try to play a game after i havent played it in a long time to see how good i would do and how much i remember. Unforunetly i remember the entire thing so its not any fun. :(
Same here.
I would Have to say Punch out, cuz it has catchy tunes that get stuck in your head. Especially the part where he is jogging with his trainer on the bike. That's the best!
Or the theme song to Zelda will always be my favorite!
oh yeah. I love the theme song to zelda. very catchy
yeah the songs of the game is the one that makes you want to play the game!!! thew nintendo games were like 70's music but pretty funny and like-able, the game mafat conspiracy, dude if the songs there was bad i would of stoped playing that slow, non graffic game but since i liked the songs a bit, i played and played it so much i actually found a way to beat that dam game !!! that game (from nintendo) actually had some good stuff on it, you get to snipe some people, espiecaly when that guy was in the helecopter, tight ass when that foo got shot in the head!!!!! and you al;so get to do some rad racing in that game also!!! it was a sad story line....if you haven't played it play it with an emulator,
What the fuck did you just say?
Ha ha ha lol :P
exactly,
my point stated, people like to play without thinking, making the gaming industry hard to figure out how to make games, i.e splinter cell, ooh too hard to play, so thay stop playing, might as well stay with atari and play pong....
