I just checked the user bannings in the Mod cp. PERM banned by an admin. (it says ban length "permanent". That's what I'm going by)

He is only Banned for a few days now. The reasons were slight at first, then after mistakes on both sides, it escalated further than it should have.

D3V Might have been a dick a few times, but you still can't ban him from the forums for that. Of course, the excuse can only be used so many times that in human nature, we are all dicks once in a while. I dunno, I said "No" cuz I didn't like what he did to Bob b4, but it should be more of a "time-out" sentance.
