http://pya.cc/pyaimg/img2/2004041216.wmv

Wow

PS: Although there wasn't much to hear it was just a huge blur demonstration of speed skills

slaynish 2004-07-22 07:08 PM

I loved that last riff....

-Spector- 2004-07-22 07:31 PM

i could do better .......

Randuin 2004-07-22 08:12 PM

At the age of 8? Not many others can say so.

slaynish 2004-07-22 08:27 PM

I doubt he could even do it now.

Shining Knights 2004-07-22 08:50 PM

It matters not whether you win or lose; what matters is whether I win or lose.

slaynish 2004-07-22 09:01 PM

Oh dont worry i know.

I play guitar and bass... Have you tried before? If not then you dont know if its hard or not.

slaynish 2004-07-22 09:27 PM

I play both... If i had to tell you this, guitar is way harder than bass... I prefer guitar though, because the sounds are way better. I've owned a bass and guitar for a year, but have only seriously been into it for a few months

If guitar "isn't hard at all" then why do you practice so much?

Owned.

And the kid is EIGHT, you fucking tool. You, sir, are not eight years old. There is a huge difference.

Randuin 2004-07-23 01:48 AM

Just wondering, did you self teach or have someone teach you?

Penny_Bags 2004-07-23 09:01 AM

I teach myself, I am pretty good.

Practice makes perfect, no one can be perfect, so why practice?

PS: The best way to improve is to actually practice with a band, it's also more fun :P

tokill.ace 2004-07-23 10:14 AM

Shinto, I know that you need to practice a lot. But you said that it was easy... if it were easy then people would not have to practice.

Once you pick up a bass, and play a few songs, learn a few songs, you start to like it. Then you can play almost anything before fret 18...

Same with guitar.

As the year goes on, i'll get better...

slaynish 2004-07-23 12:28 PM

Also, thats not the point ace.

Are you motherfucking eight years old?

No

Shut your fucking mouth, twat

Hades-Knight 2004-07-23 02:53 PM

I sucked at guitar.........Its collecting dust now... =( I need some1 to teach me, I cant learn by myself

All I can say is, from having self learning alot of things. Patience, because you don't have someone to push you, you become lazy, but with patience it can work.

tokill.ace 2004-07-23 06:37 PM

dude everyone in my band kick ass and we learned ova 100+ songs

Did you really feel the need to omit one letter and use that annoying "short form" ova?

x-rated vision 2004-07-24 08:17 AM

Whoa. Is that kid the same kid in this-- http://www.schoolofrock.com/trl/trl1.html ?

The video that you showed said he was 8? And the video that i linked said that he started guitar at age 10, and that he's 14 now.

Eh, anyways. He's awesome.

Randuin 2004-07-24 09:01 AM

I can't see that vid

zagggon 2004-07-24 11:41 AM

8 year olds always put me to shame. but they are all fat si that makes me feel sry for them and forget about it ^^

Chruser 2004-07-24 12:23 PM

Wow, this is starting to remind me of an art discussion I saw in another forum, when some mother of a 10-year old girl was bragging about her daughter's art abilities, and it turned into a huge flame fight, with various "I'm better than you!" comments thrown around randomly.

Randuin 2004-07-24 07:48 PM

Yea, that's right, i'm better than you

Chruser 2004-07-25 05:23 AM

YOU'RE a 10-year old girl? The pieces of the puzzle finally coalesce.
