Papa John's
Thank all that is good for your 99 cent cheesesticks. Yum.
|
My favorite pizza place. Hands down.
|
Easily my least favorite pizza place, it just doesn't agree with me. I feel slightly ill everytime I eat their pizza.
|
The papa john's near my house for som ereason got switched to a papa tony's. Even when it was still papa john's, the consistancy of their pizza was horrible. I'd get my pizza severely undercooked one time, and then burnt the other time.
Their breadsticks were excellent though. |
papa john's is my favorite also, pizza hut is my least favorite

i love pizza in general, but can only eat pizza fromunknown places, ie Italian resturants. Major pizza places like Pizza Hut suck to me. Papa Johns isnt even on Long island
|
I think Papa John's tastes like vaginal discharge on bread.
Not really, but I don't think it's any good. |
Excellent call with Pizza Hut, btw you can now order online, its imo the best way to order. Pull up the website, take you time making sure you have exactly what you want, very easy to order a pizza with half/half of whatever topping. Also pj is way to overpriced for me, plus there pizza was never that great imo.
|
The best pizzas usually aren't name brand though.

And how would you know? You hate vaginas. |
MMMMMM.
Stuffed crust. |
Definitely not a Pizza Hut fan. I agree with Kagom on the "non-brand" pizza preference. Local place called Antonio's has awesome pizza and sandwiches.
|
Little Cezars/Dominoes.

And when was the last time you had vaginal discharge? I like dominos the best out of chains, papa johns tastes nasty. |
10.99 for a large one topping, order of cheesesticks or garlic breadsticks, and a 2 liter of pop.
|
Off topic, but I've noticed this a few days ago and considered commenting on it then. This post reminded me.
HoH - you use the colloquialism "pop" in reference to what most of the country refers to as "soda." Was it a common term where you grew up? I only ask because it is a term common to the regional dialect in the Pittsburgh area, and I've generally received strange responses to my use of the term in the presence of people from outside the area. Sorry for the off-topic. Just a random observation. |
It's an extreme exaggeration.
|
I've never used it in my life and I've lived in AZ CA TX FL HI NV CO primarly. I have heard it ALOT though in Idaho. I do dislike the term pop greatly.
|
Idaho, huh? Interesting.
I don't really "like" either term. I make a concerted effort to refer to drinks by their brand names. That way, there's no confusion. |
5 dollars for a little caesars large
|
I haven't seen one of those since my childhood. Figured they all had closed down.
Pizza, Pizza. |
Actually, where I grew up (CO) I called it soda. Here in MN, you'll practically get stoned (big rocks thrown at you) if you don't say pop. I've gotten into so many arguments about it over the past 5 years that I use the terms interchangeably.

In WY we said pop, i didn't start using soda until i moved to az and it was socially incorrect to ask for a "pop" |
Pop just sounds gay.
"Excuse me, do you have any pop?" Just sounds straight up homosexual. |
Well I'll be... I'd always thunk it was an English term. Never heard of an American to say anything other than "soda", either. :p
|
I've always callled it pop...

Grew up in Southern California, never really heard it called anything other than Soda, it's always highly disconcerting if I travel somewhere that calls it Pop. |
I give Pimp juice son, not get it.
|
Anyone tasted the Huned Stacks?
|
Everywhere I've been it's been "soda," but when I did live in South Carolina, they called it "Coke" whether it was Pepsi, Coke, etc.

What the hell is beriut?

I assume it's just another form of beer pong with a variation on the cup formation. I've heard it called "Libya" before, which made no fucking sense to me. Never really got an explanation for it either. Fucking stupid college kids.

Place in the middle east i think

Calling beer pong countries from the middle east? How does that make sense? Give me beer pong or give me death!!
(Beer pong champ right here) |
In michigan, pretty much all across the state we say pop. When I was in SC, though the lady looked and me and was like you mean soda, so yea it just depends on where you're from.
