Cheese is not mold. How can mold get moldy? If it's already mold it's as moldy as it can be already.

Some cheeses feature molds, either on the outer rind or throughout.

I'm quite partial to extremely strong cheddar... so partial, in fact, that I have it every lunch on my butties, and have done for nearly the whole duration of my school career so far - about twelve out of fourteen years. :D

I don't know anyone that butters sandwiches. Sounds gross to me. We use mayo, which probably sounds gross to you.

Mayo is digusting, and so is butter. Use some mustard.

I dislike mayo, and don't care for butter. Margarine is a great subsitute for butter, and I agree that mustard is the perfect subsitute for mayo.

I like cheese that's solid. None of that cottage shit. I like it on tortilla chips or tortillas melted. The preshedded stuff isn't so bad on it's own, but I can't stand eating slices by themselves. :>

EW my sister used to do that at resturants, when you get the butter to the side or whatever. its so gross i eat cream cheese straight up though haha

You need some meat with that, then it's a great filler. I love cheese, but with bread you need meat, unless you are making a grilled cheese sandwich, now that doesn't need meat.
