I need this to fit filewise as my avatar and am too lazy/unknowing of how to shrink the file size (compress)

As I've already explained, pictures featuring pretty much just breasts fall into the catagory "sexually suggestive", never mind what the animation is. For like the tenth time: allowed in posts, not allowed in sig or avy.

Goddamnit, these rules need to change, seriously. First you say no nudity, then you say no partial nudity, then you say no nudity if they are technically nude (hand bra), then no partial nudity or partly nude etc. Meh. I just want a new avatar.

No, the rule is not NO NUDITY for sigs/avatars, it's no indecency. You can post indecency(borderline nudity) in posts, as long as it isn't nudity, but you can't put it in a sig or avatar, because people cannot turn that off, and they cannot avoid it.

This is how it always has been and always will be.

I'm not blocked and I still post borderline shit in my posts, so basically that's a rule that doesn't hold true to anything.

If you post that image in a thread, I can avoid it to prevent from getting in trouble at work or wherever. If you put it in a signature or avatar, I cannot avoid it, because any thread you've posted in will have it. This is why the rule is more strict for signatures and avatars.

I haven't posted in this thread until now just because getting in the middle would be unwise, but posting stuff like this is just unnecessary.

First, it's not that easy to just, "Hmm, I guess I could make a avatar filter." WW has too little time as it is to implement such a feature if possible.

And two, I honestly don't feel that anyone got "owned" here. It's a legitimate discussion and the goal shouldn't/isn't to humiliate the other to prove your own dominance.

Back to the topic, shrinking the image to fit within the guidelines would be impractical if not impossible. It's nearly half a megabye and contains 117 images so getting it smaller would involve taking out images.
