This is just a link to a game that Atnas, Coffeedagger, and I made for our latin class. Now that everything has been moved, I need to rewrite the code so just click on the little space that an image should be in to download thee game. Yo Asamin, you still need to fix the website. First, you can't download it because of an error, and second, you need to post a download for the app. needed to run the game...

Um. Asamin I can't access the game from that page and the images don't appear.

Also, I stated that you need RPG maker XP to play it on the site. Don't you read anything?

How can we "read anything" if you never posted on this thread that u needed the rpg maker to play the game :x ???

I'm sorry to have to point this out, but we are in a forum called "RPG Maker." I do believe that gives you a clue as to what is needed to play it. Now, he should have specified RMXP. Alright!

Actually, "RPGMaker" implies making stand-alone games, otherwise it should be "RPGPlatform"

It should still be obvious that the game needs RPG maker anything to play it.

But it would make it easier if you are showing the site to other people if you post the download on the website (for the rpg maker x or whatever it is)...

No, it shouldn't. As I stated, the name "RPGMaker" implies the creation of stand-alone games, otherwise the program isn't truely making RPGs in any sense of the word "make".

Yeah. I made this game pretty much completely by myself. Asamin doesn't know... anything about RPG maker. You don't need RPG maker to run this.

I didn't make that page by the way. I did not make that page. Asamin seems to not understand how to log in using an FTP client with the login info I gave him after I created his subdomain, and needs full access to the usercp of the site, which I'm not giving him, and if he wants to fix the things, he's going to have to learn. :) And come on AIM so I can tell him.

Dunno why he even posted this, I'm pretty ashamed of the game and don't want people on the internet to see it in it's current state. I was going to fix it up, as I had a deadline to initially complete the game, which has passed.

Well, of course it won't work, he probably is treating it like this /site/subdomain/(HIDDEN)/File.exe

but has a subdomain so /File.exe would instead be

subdomain.site.com/subdomain/(HIDDEN)/File.exe

I am guessing that, that's the issue.

I'll try and fix it, but it isn't a concern of mine in the first place because I don't really want you people to play it? It seems like Miles is really proud of it, and he hasn't even seen anything except a screenshot in relation to it.

I used the link GLG provided but after installing, when I attempt to run the game it simply flashes a black screen and then nothing happens.

Nope, first off, you know it isn't me because I wouldn't have typed in large letters. Second, there is a one in-between the exclamation mark, a heavy sign of it not being me. Third, that looks like spam, something I hate. Nope, not me, could be someone here, though, that was messing with you.

I'm guessing you have RMXP installed. If it didn't work, I am not entirely sure what went wrong. I am going to rebuild it, but, right now just get the one from their site. http://asamin.lolipopsicle.com It is updated according to Atnas.

Here we go. Also, if this is your first time playing an RMXP game, put this in your C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder. If this doesn't work, die. :)

What in the heck? That was slightly funny except when they sweared.

So Atnas, do you want me to download the file and turn it into a professional installation with the RGSS102E.dll installing as into the system as well?

I'll make the professional installer tomorrow. I am very, very, busy right now, just trying to make my 4 posts.

Now that I have time, I should be able to edit the code so the link works the way it should. Just not tonight. Too sleepy.
