What you mean dithered? Its a simple animation of my Avatar... 'breathing'

So? Its being distorted, I expect to lose quality.

Dithering is a method of color aproximation where a small number of (usually equally spaced) colors are placed in a pattern so that the average of the surrounding pixels of a given point roughly matches the original color. While this works well at a high DPI, such as for print, on a monitor this usually results in a "grainy," "off-color" image.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 117.2 KB (whichever is smaller).
