Why the fuck cant I sustain a meaningful relationship more then 2 years?? I just drove a beautiful girl 8 years younger then me with $$$ and smarts and a new Acura right out of my freekin life because I could not commit to the next step in our relationship. I have repeated the same two year cycle in every major relationship in my life, including one ex-wife. The funny thing is I wanted out so fucking bad 2 months ago and now I am depressed about it (thats a first). I get sick of people drive them away and then regret it. Sigh......just felt like getting it off my chest.

Life doesn't always turn out like you had expected it to. Trust me, I have more experience than I really ever wanted to get in that matter. Actually, let me rephrase; Life NEVER turns out EXACTLY as you had expected it to.

To be honest with you, I rather talk to grownups than younger people, since the chances are greater that 13-year olds will show quite a bit of immaturity. Unfortunately, I always end up talking to younger people anyway.

Oh, and also, I'm not sure if we actually gave Doofus a solution to all of this, since I can't think of the "one" thing to do. Acting on your feelings (not your dreams) usually helps.
