Looks pretty good actually. This class has some pizazz(sp?). Hopefully I'll have a nice government job by the time this game comes out. Tired of 60-70 hour work weeks. Leaves very little video gaming time when you factor in the gf :(.

I don't know guys. I feel like I should be stoked about this but... it's just a bunch of old crap put together. She can teleport, she can fan of knives, she shoots a gun a lot. Lame.

Last time I played one of the most popular specs was hammerdin where you ...spam one attack and magical hammers fly around you and gib everything. Game style of this class seems much more interesting.

Getting your hammers to actually hit monsters with a hammerdin isn't trivial. If you've got the gear to teleport around and spam infinite hammers that fact doesn't matter much though.

The only time I've ever utilized that is with a fishymancer to keep the corpse explosions going. I don't remember ever having mana issues with a hammerdin. Then again, it has been years since I've played a hammerdin.

Huge mana issues with a hammerdin if you don't have an insight. It is almost mandatory. Probably not so bad if you aren't also trying to tele around like a mad man, but, if you are playing a hammerdin without an enigma then well.. yea.

There was nothing difficult about aiming hammers aside from weird hitbox or whatever issues sometimes. But if you play with one very much then you have no problems at all. Then again I didn't teleport. I just ran my slaphappy ass around and nuked people with my storm of swirling magical mallets.

Except in maggot lair when you couldn't kill a baby maggot on normal difficulty and he was halting your progressiong through the maze. So you have to leave the game and join another one. You say aiming your hammers wasn't hard, but you weren't allowed to aim them. You just used them and hoped they hit something. You could position your body to try to get them to go where you wanted them to, but they still did what they wanted.
