Hum isnt that the upgrade any items to same thing in Exceptional ?

Honestly, I'm not sure, I've only tried with Rares, since they are really the best ones to do so with. You are probably right. :)

Yes all Items, Platnum if you want to post Rune Words, Make a thread, and make it look good and I will most likely stick it.

you can upgrade magical items too ? i thought only uniques and rares can be improved. if yes please tell me the recipe, cause i have some cruel items with a low base dmg and i would really like to upgrade these stuff.

Why do we need runewords and recipes? They're all at the Area Summit.
