Should my new charger paladin use Cruel Berserkers axe or Fury berserkers axe?

I really wanna choose between these 2.
I find baranars unoriginal :)

Cba and Fba are obsolete if you wanna stand any chance vs good pallys use ith, theres no other choice, i myself dont like using ith which is why i dont have a pally.

TBH I'd rather staple my balls to a mincer than use ith :)

it really depends on your total setup.

Cruel can have more damage. If you get a good cruel

Of evis/quickness/swiftness/lamprey

Socket it with LO-eth and get your ias from your gear to make up for any lost with the axe. LO=20% deadly strike

ITH in duels is fucking gay, ith for mf i could care less.

I'm currently using a 297% cbaoq that a friend lent me...its working great, attacks fast enough...not allowed to socket it but if I manage to get hold of one...I'll probably put a 40/15 in it..Eth is too much of a waste when 1.10 comes out and I heard Lo isn't that good..

40/15 is a bad socket. Trust me put lo-eth.

Even if eth changes next patch its not going to be soon so go ahead and eth it. And its not nessicariyl going to change.

Go to palapk/1 and ask anyone what to put in it you will get 7 replies with LO-ETH man.

Hmm ok..so whats so good about crushing blow? Why is it so good for palas? Its not really popular for other classes..

Crushing blow is effective for pvm only but Deadly strike is what you mean. It has several effects for melee pvp
the main thing is its chance to do 2x the dmg and it helps your weapon block lock the other character thus owning them.

by "lock" and "own"
the more damage you do the higher chance you have to "stun" them
whenever a character recieves 8.667% of their total hp or more damage they go into a "recovery frame"
thats why its hard to hit back when someone with a high dmg/high %chance ds weapon is pounding on you

I'd probally go for a cbaq try and get one with 2 sockets (is that possible?) and get a 40/15 jewel and a eth, but I can't say I know much about pally's, I just like cruels :D

personally the best IN MY OPINION
i mean i realize there is 100000 different setups that can make one awkward weapon godly
but a ethereal bezerker axe of evisceration ZodEth
and then use a 160/60 max of whale/titans(more str=more dmg)
and you would use highlords 20%ias/6ll/15 strength
miscellaneous rings 11%ll/15 str 11%ll /15str perfect string
1.08 gore riders (15% deadly, 10 max)
and (new idea of mines)
having about 360/140/base/base and have inventory full of 3/20/20's
your helm would be +40/15 ias 08 gaze
and stormshield 40/15ias
even thought it doesnt seem like it..
this setup if 70% ias (5% over the requirement for 4fpa)
and you have 120+60+10=190 maximum damage
and the damage on the zerker is 150-489
i know this is for zealot but you would have : no resistance at all, 44% life leech 52% deadly strike, 430 strength, 1200 hp, maxed damage reduce, no fhr(no need when you stun this often) in conclusion i think this would be the best use for a cruel zerker, i know there are probably better but if i could make this pally he would be unstoppable
