It doesnt help much it only added 1000 phy dmg to my ama so i woudnt get it no dr no life not worth it in my opinion.

There is a new X-factor...It's better, 'cause it has like 110 ias :D. But in answer to the question posed, the old one goes for about 3 Unid WF on west, the new one goes for 5...

You cant use it...You have zero charges of a lvl zero ability...You can never use it.
