What are the best rare boots for a PvP Zon?

Um... there are these boots with 30RW and 20 Faster Hit Recov. +dex +str and some resists

It changes on every realm (the name)

I'm on USWEST. If anyone can tell me the name I'd really appreciate it.

Soul Shank I think =/

Soul Shank is east get Imp Shank, I think they're the best.

Bryan Wraith Spur, are better IMO.

Yea I have a pair of Imp Shanks. They're cool, but I saw some other boots with good res and +str and +dex. Can't remember the name.

grim spur's are hand downs the best.
20%fhr is the only needed fhr break for amazon's

20fhr/30r/w/19str (replaces 19 dex)

Those are imp shank on west only on west they have 18 str.

If you want the dex then they are but if you need the fhr then you should get imp shank.
