Mf is not good

well..... I have been doing meph runz a lot and have found squat, I am very unlucky and if someone could tell me a good mf% that they have that is less than 450 then I would greatly appreciate it. btw, I changed my post count description that you can see for yourself =) and my mf is at 414 now.
