Suggestions for a dueling character....
 

I've decided to make one specifically for dueling.


I've considered a FOTH/Charge Pally, but I'm wondering if an Assassin is any good, I've built one to like lvl 17, only cha I never built. I originally planned to mak sorc, but they seem ownable with max resistances.

A pally is a bad idea for a PvP unless you have alot of time to tweak him out just right. A good started PvP char is a Zon. You can pick up a buriza for pretty darn cheap now and zons are by far the easiest to duel with(Point And Click)

i have to agree zons are the easiest to duel with and fairly cheap too after u are done with that i would suggest a sorc because they kill most ppl.

make a pvp necro....definitily..

waltz into games..get laughed at, kill everyone in there, wall off the entrand to rouge encaMPment and leave :) whats more fun than that?

Sorcs can't kill shit now that everyone has white rings.

in west, yes, in east, they still own

they don't 'own' but they are still deadly,

zons/barbs can be downright invincible with recent bugged items (cliffkiller ammy, fleshrender boots, More soulflays around,havok marks, etc)
some sorcs are using this to their advantage to,

zephyr bow mercs, with 4 hvk armor/3 hvk helm
hvk 08 shako/storm/2 wizrings/hvk oculus;wizspike/hvk bug valor

all the other classes are getting tougher to assassins, (paladins are still not too bad with hacked items..zealots anyways)

the best necro on east, UnholyWraithOfGod has single handedly taken down ith bug zons/sorcs/barbs, he isn't legit anymore but we have gone pub dueling and no bugger has killed him yet

so it depends on what you can afford, and which class you like the most, because of the bugs each class can have 3k+hp, 6k+damage melee, and 550+orb/max dr/3k+hp

i could beat him, and i bet fluzz's nvn would own him, he had incredible skill and almost perfect gear.

hes been the top necro for months after him its anti-x

dumb question... How do you know he's the best?

undefeated 4 months+ searching every game, hes also on many many forums, if there was one better he would have surely found him by now -.-

why didn't he go into gosupvp?
i'm sure they would have given him a challenge.
I haven't seen him online all weekend either O_o;;

uhm, yes but have you dueled anti-x? ive been in games with both of them and they've singly handedly defeated 2 barbs 2 zons or one of each using ith, swiftly

when i said the best i never said he was the best PvP character on battle.net, i said he was the top necro for NvN

and i do believe he was in gosupvp

most barbs get owned by necros iron maiden, i have yet to see a barb defeat a necro.. but i havent dueled in ~7 months.

only newb barbs die to iron maiden.
berserk + leap attack, neither are affected by iron maiden.

wait i think i remember him, is he the necro with 4havoc armor? e.e

he has pub setup and legit setup -_- he just recently got that stuff :x

and did you beat him ;x ..

he doesnt use Im...
he uses decrepify and Bs

i didn't duel him i remember ppl talking about a necro using 4x havoc jewel armor O_o

in that case..
i could name 10 4 hvk mark armor necros off the top of my head
