No pre-08 rings will disappear, no sojs INCLUDING occy sojs will dissapear. Ith's wont items fused with a pre-08 item won't. And some 08 elites won't.
However with a new patch iths, bugged, fused items could disappear, eveen with out item ID's. This is so because of the fact that in 1.10 Blizzard is supposedly supposed to re-write alot of the game coding. But 1.10 will never come out as long as hacks keep poppin up. So no worries.
