zon building help

i'm a cow killin/boss killing/help my sorc to rush zon...lol..
i just want to know...should i max my critical strike?..i am a hybrid zon..java/bow

also...should i max penetrate/pierce..and where should my dodge/aviod/(i forgot the other one) be at?...at around lvl 9?
