Miyamoto mentions Pikmin 2 and Mario128
In a recent interview in Japan, Mr Miyamoto confirmed that he's working on Pikmin 2 and Mario128 for GCN but Nintendo's master designer gave no further details about the titles. Nintendo also announced Kirby's Air Ride, Mario Kart and Animal Crossing 2 are all in development for Nintendo GameCube, as well. In addition to these announcements, Nintendo revealed that Mario Golf and Mario Tennis are on the way to GBA. At this time, no release dates have been set for any of the games in Japan or North America.

What is mario128 like?

I thought Mario128 was just for show to present the GameCube's capabilities.

We need a Metroid sequel.

There's a *possibility* for a Metroid Prime sequal. I mean, there isnt any solid cadaver evidence Metroid Prime died. It just sort of mutated, and took in the fusion suit. So yea, I'd say there's definately possibility for a sequal there.

But I still didn't get my answer what is mario128 like?

i don't really know. its probably like mario 64, or mario sunshine (without the water pack). the game was just announced; no other info was given

Was Pikmin any good? I was at Blockbuster the other day and almost rented it, but passed it up for something else.

I don't find it good I played it at a McDonalds.

He played it on the band trip, so there would not be much time to truely get a goof feel for the game anyways.
