does this change an items id #
 

i was just wondering if socketing something into an item or personalizing an item would change its id # or if ill have to keep temp perming them all the time.

Socketing or personalizing does not change the id#. If its duped it will still go poof.

what if u used a duped soj to soc a legit item????

Doesnt matter how you add the socket or what you socket it with, the item id remains the same. It will still go poof.
