Max Bench!?
Whats your current max bench and how many times can you do it, I know, I know that for 11 its a bad age to bench i heard it can fuck my body up, but i cant resist with a pretty ass bench and bar and pleanty weights in my room!!! Who couldnt???
My max is currently 75, i can only do it 5 times, but... Its good enough for me, 65 i can do aboot(for u canadians) 15-20 times and you get the process.. Btw, Aboot owns all americans, Nick |
lol, queer bastard, you know alot of people are going to lie about what they can really bench. As for me, i don't bench. I don't lift weights, i don't work out, but im still in perfect health, and i am not even fat... :)

theres no benhc in my residence's gym but theres a machine that works like a bench, i put it on 60 pounds and do it 120 times in sets of 12. Gives pretty good results if you go at least 3 times a week

i know/knew/know someone who benches right now 260 or 270 and i think 12 reps a set. he's 16 and been doign it since about ur age (11) or so. he is short..it can shorten your height.

I'm maxing with one rep at 265lbs, but I can do sets of 230lbs.
