Help please

Ive got a question.....ok you can record your matches and stuff by typing in console: Record [Demoname] And you stop it by typing: Stop. So...How do u play it? lol. My demo name is h.dem i typed in console: play h.dem and it said: Missing RIFF/WAVE chunks..what the hell does that mean? lol thx
