Well...u seen the Cons ring...i thought those were bugged...why would it be uncommon to see an extrememly good charm...the ring is pretty much godly...its the dupe that messes things up so bad...if everyone had only 1 or 2 of those hexing charms they would be ok...but cus the dupe and it floods economy it messes it up
