Once agian, as with all my misc. posts, if this is in the wrong place, move me, and i appologize.

I am currently making a design team (money/practice, yes)

I need:
1) Someone good with 3dms, or sm i forget how it goes :)
2) Flash
3) PHP/CGI
4) Maybe another web designer.

Atleast some good expirience, im good with html and basic web design.

How about an ok photoshop picture maker? ;)
