D2 Patch?

I would just like to thank everyone in this forum for being so friendly and posting quick, precise replies to my questions.
Thanks!

On another note, what exactly is the schedule for the new Diablo patch? I heard they didn't do that for months and suddenly they're going to update Diablo 2? Is there a reason? Or just to keep players happy with something new? Also, how will it affect my current characters which may have hacked items, etc? Thanks again!

O ya, the effect that new patch will make all your characters is they all will be worthless. Which mean you have to start over with a level 1 guy.

Yeah all new chars are 'ladder chars' i believe, or u have an option of that.

There is no ETA of the patch

Necrocancer 2003-07-02 04:26 AM

By no eta does that mean never? :p

Gsus 2003-07-02 04:30 AM

It just means there no way of figuring when its gonna be here. Never get your hopes up...it will be here, but long after youve given up hope :(

No ETA in blizzard terms means almost never, or a very very long time, but we all know that... right??... *mutters senseless babble about blizzard*

`Insolence` 2003-07-02 01:23 PM

eta = expected time arrival i think.
