BAGHDAD, Iraq - A suicide truck bomb ripped through the hotel housing the U.N. headquarters on Tuesday, U.S. officials said. At least 15 people were killed and 40 wounded, including the chief U.N. official in Iraq (news - web sites), who was trapped in the rubble, U.N. officials said.
