Help!! ahhh!

Does anyone know about anything to do with RunTime errors..? I have a box that pops up everytime i get on my computer that says: Error 5 at 00EE729C And the numbers and letters change sometimes.. Everytime i click ok on the box it refreshes the screen and another one pops up, After awhile.. My computer freezes.. Anyone got any advice?

use alt + f4, do that all the time and then it should stop !!
