Expiration date..
What the hell was this put on for. ALl my old characters have nothing on them, but all of the new ones i create have "expires in (x) days". Does this mean that if i dont play in (x) amount of days those characters are disabled? Also, is there any way to get rid of this nusance, or at least extend the period. I mean legitamatly, not hack wise. Thanks ahead of time to all that could help. :).

Read other posts please, there are a few threads about this, and battle.net has info too.
Please, your a mod, you should know this. |
Never mind, i got the answer, only had to sift through 3 pages of threads to find it.

This sucks for mules..:(
clean out your old mules and quest with the new ones
the expiration date on mine disappeared when i reached lvl 10 i think
Hey wait a minute - whats this shit. Can someone post a link to the other threads - Am I in danger of losing my old mules somehow?
Yeah, how do you get rid of the expiry date?
get beyond lvl 10
they actually did something to enforce the "play 2 hours in the first 48 hours of character creation" rule. thats what this is.
Yeah, eellis is right.
Just play for 2 hours in the first 48 and it'll go away, see mine dropped to like 8 days, and I played for a few hours and it vanished. |
or just use an anti-idle bot while you go to sleep or something. much easier
NO, you dont have to get to lvl 10, thats just moronic.
You have to be logged on for 2 hours on the char, i have mules lvl 1 with no expiration on them. |
by the way, this is WAY off topic......but does anyone have a better Barb pic that I can put on this Cali ID pic i have below?
Try the Computer Graphics forum dude, and be specific.
