eth rune in weapons

does having eth rune for the -25% defence matter any lnger in pvp ?

It would probably help a little unless you have 4 eth runes in your weapon and that would mean -100% defence.

Yeah, it now does what it says. No longer bugged for Ignore Target Defense.
