weird for me
 

this might not be amazing for you but for me it is, even if it was a slow pace, i just ran today and if found out i could run like a mile nonstop and probably keep going for like 2 miles and i use to couldnt even keep going for like half a mile! crazy for me man!!o_O but im happy about it:D

Advanced Physical Conditioning class = a hell of a lot of running.

Every Thursday = 1 mile. Tuesday = ladders or sprints. And I won't even go into all the weight lifting. :o

I usually run about 5 miles in the morning, only stopping to tie my shoes or get a drink of water.

(God, I'm supposed to be getting away from this place. It's so goddamn hard.... MUST STOP POSTING....)

I ran ten miles straight in September.

It was painful.

I could run a six minute mile in 6th grade... I haven't tried again since.

I gotta run 2 1/2 miles all day nonstop in under 15 mins total. :(

And thats just for army... I imagine Marine/Seal basic must be... a life altering experience...

When I used to run, I could run a mile in like 5m20s... but I've never run for enjoyment or for excercise, I bike... When I go on a serious biking trip I'll be out for 8+ hours.
