I would make my own BGs if I knew how, but for now I'll take 'nice cutout' as a compliment =o

I'll probably make my own, similar to that, but I'll cutout all the frames from a GIF and put them in like that. What a bitch.

u only use paint?..... lol i thnk its photoshoped.. thats why the cutout is so good

I can cutout in Paint just as well as I could in PSP or Photoshop. Sure, Paint doesn't have a select-by-similar color tool, but even if you were to use it, you still have to go back and clean it up the old fashioned way.

I hardly need to cut things out anyway... I almost never make "themed" sigs
