It seems a little slow to me at 70 int and 100 med. Takes me like 3 min to get to full mana :/

Is this how it was on OSI?

Also, since the anti-macro code is in, can eval's skill delay be shortened?

hardy har har but anyway I think it gains faster the more intellgence you have so you shouldnt have any problems at 100 int 100 med.
