Potiental lag problem...
 

I notice people are dumping junk into chests, boxes, barrels; around town. These same items have been there for weeks, and show no signs of decaying.

Just thought this might be a problem if people keep using random boxes as trash cans.

you mean the level one chest for lock pickers that spawn? How is it causing lag?
