I don't know how OTHER people are reacting, but jesus christ I feel like I'm back in kindergarten. Majere, what the hell? Why can't we say cuss words.. okay, racial slurs are one thing, but a freakin cuss word.. come on. Most of us are adults here, and I'm not playin on a shard that treats me like I'm seven years old. So please change this or you won't see me around anymore. If it even matters to you. :confused:

Its the default word filter, I haven't had the time to edit the word list. deal with it til I get time to change it and only racist words will be filtered.

Yeah, i think that if cuss words are offensive to players, they can just go into their options menu and set on the blocker thingy, dont make it disconnect us, all that is gonna happen now is ppl changing swear words, for example: F*ck=Fuk, $H!T=sht, and so forth, thats all that will prolly change in the end anyways, that and make alotta ppl mad......

the built in blocking in th UO client is POS.

This kind of filtering and censorship is way overboard. It doesn't matter if some of the players here belong in Kindergarden, this aint school and you arent the teacher. People will find ways to say the same thing no matter how many times you filter it. If you block every possible variation they'll still say "dirty black person." What next, are you going to disconnect us if we think bad thoughts?

Deal with this on an individual basis instead of taking the bullshit way out.

I think that if Locke didnt cry so much we wouldnt have this problem anyway!!!

Your right this isn't school and I am not a teacher. This is my shard and I am the admin. If I say you can't wear green on my shard then you don't, if I See anything I don't like you will be banned. If you haven't gotten the drifted yet, I don't care about you because you don't help the shard.
