Today's script changes and fixes:
 
`Fixed bug that ate cpu and lagged the shard.
`Re-added pre-casting.
`Fixed the following spells to be publish 15 correct:

    Mind Blast
    Magic Arrow
    Reactive Armor
    Arch Protection
    Lightning
    Harm
    Protection
    Chain Lightning
    Flame Strike
    Meteor Swarm
    Enegry Bolt
    Expolosion
    Fireball
    Poison
