Help With a Chrome Look

anyone have a newbie tutorial on how to make a realistic chrome look. Like if i was going to make a long bar. I'm using Photoshotop 7.0, i also have 3dsMax 5. The turials i found suck balls. Hey Chruser! Maybe you can help me out :cool:

Well depending on what you are wanting to chrome there are different methods. So, he probly wanted to know what was going to be chromed
