I'm looking for the guy in the second quest to which I am supposed to take some blood bullshit. I can't find him.

Also, do you have to type some special character before your text so that everybody can see it, or is everyone just being asses and ignoring me?

Well, I checked warcry.com and decided that quests were stupid.

Also, to talk to everybody, put ! before you text.
