Well its been a month and I managed to talk to the D. A. before court and he traded me my ticket which would have cost me $800 and 15 days in jail for a $250 fine, 20 hours community service, and 6 months probation..
Well I dodged a bullit there didn't I lol

Doesn't sound too bad. I'd rather avoid jail time, if it were me. :)

At least you stay out of jail!! Just hope they dont make you clean up old people or pick up dog shit as comm service jobs.

well lousisana is cool in that i can pick what and were i do the service.
i could work at that little goodwill building thats in the parking lot of wal-mart or any other commnity place.

20 hours community service is cake dude. You will be done in no time.

ya i know, with the tickit i had i was expecting way way more than 20 hours, i guess that because i work 12 hour shifts at the prison 10 miles down the road form the DA's office they gave me less hours.

it is funny, but there is a big differnce in prison and jail.jail is for asshat shit and doesnt last to long,prison is for years.
