Take all the shit down, and put it on a p2p network or something. Have peopel dl it offa kazaa or whatever p2p would work for you. IN turn, on your website, put in large letters, "FUCK YOU BLIZZARD" or some shit. Assholes. I hate them.
|
Either that, or FTP it.
Long time no see, Hellmonkeys. :) |
Either that, or FTP it.

You can thank me for that : \ I kinda missed him too so i had to IM him. |
The irony of it all is that alot of the stuff they want removed can easily be attained elsewhere. By removing your site all they have done is bashed one of a hundred perpetrators. In a way HM you have played into their hands by showing that blizzard interviened because now you have alerted the d2 community in general that Blizzard is not all talk, atleast not anymore.

Dude they're just making up bullshit, they're saying that the programs that were on your site had titles, computer code, objects, characters, character names,
stories, dialog, catch phrases, locations, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, any related documentation, and "applets" that were copyrighted by blizz. You should just make a readme in all the dloads and put "Alltitles, computer code, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialog, catch phrases, locations, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, any related documentation, and "applets" are copyright Blizzard entertainment Those assholes are looking for anything that could shut down a Blizz hacking site. |
You could have just said in all your readme's "not to be used on battle.net" and that would have fixed everything.

So did a million other D2 players... |
You can't get in trouble for hosting programs. There isn't any fucking rule against that, their product is a fucking game, and their end user agreement doesn't apply to the fucking World Wide Web. They only have their own shit copywrited , there isn't a law against people writing programs, there is only 'rules' against using them on Battle.net

Couldn't of said it better myself... Alright... highjack battle.net on zulu |
